NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, AND THE EUROPEAN UNION WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1 - Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on August 25, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on September 8, 2025.

2 - How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you will gain one (1) entry for by doing the following:

You will need an X account. To create an X account, go to https://x.com/i/flow/signup, fill out the form and click “sign up.”
To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must log into their X account during the Sweepstakes Period and retweet on the giveaway message @VRChat.

All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. (PT) on September 8, 2025.

Entrants’ personal information will only be used for purposes of Sweepstakes administration unless an entrant expressly consents beforehand in writing to such other use by Sponsor. For more information, please review VRChat’s Privacy Policy at https://hello.vrchat.com/privacy. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacyand these Official Rules, the privacy notice shall control and govern.

For entrants from the European Union, Sponsor and Promoter will process your personal data as data controllers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). Personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will be retained only as long as necessary for that purpose. Entrants have the right to access, correct, or delete their data, and may contact legal@vrchat.com to exercise these rights.

3 - Prize:

ONE (1) Prize will be awarded. Prize consists of (a) one (1) Bigscreen Beyond 2: VRChat Edition and (b) one 10-year subscription to VRChat+. Total Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $2519.

4 - Winner Determination:

Winner will be determined in a random drawing on September 10, 2025 to be conducted by Judges, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail or direct message on X on September 11, 2025 (beginning after 12:00 p.m. (noon) PT).

If the selected winner is a resident of Canada or certain other jurisdictions, they must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being declared the winner.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s consent to use of his/her/their name and username for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Prize information will be provided to winner upon proof of eligibility. Winner must furnish valid proof of age (for example, a driver’s license, birth certificate or passport). Upon request, an Affidavit/Release must be provided to Judges before prize can be received.

5 - Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada, or the European Union who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the following entities and members of their families or households are not eligible for participation under any circumstances: Bigscreen, Inc. and VRChat Inc. All federal, state and local laws apply.

6 - General Conditions: Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by and accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. No substitution of prize or cash equivalent except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. (The preceding excludes the cash redemption of gift card element of Prize, where required by applicable law.) Prize is non-transferable except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are winner’s sole responsibility.

Entrants hereby agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor, Promoter, and X personally harmless from and against any third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties and representations set forth above and/or participation in this Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the prize awarded (including any travel or activity related thereto). SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE PRIZE (OR ANY ELEMENT THEREOF), INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE. THE ONLY WARRANTIES – IF ANY – ARE THOSE OF THE APPLICABLE PRIZE SUPPLIERS.

The value of the prize won by a participant may be taxable as income in the jurisdiction in which the winner resides. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial, local, or other taxes and fees associated with the prize. U.S. residents may receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize. Non-U.S. residents may be subject to additional reporting or withholding requirements under local law and are solely responsible for complying with any such obligations.

Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this promotion, or any part thereof, at any time, for any reason, without notice or further obligation.

7 - Governing Law and Venue: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising in connection with the Sweepstakes or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

8 - Electronic Entries: The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any website or communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The Promoter’s decision is final.

9 - Winner’s List: For winner’s list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sweepstakes Promoter, 548 Market St # 93053, San Francisco, CA 94104. All requests for the winner’s list must be postmarked by Oct 10, 2025 and received by October 31, 2025.
